Approach
New ways to build, plus resident services

The opportunity

Vermont employers can't house their teams and building seasons are short. In Florida, rents have outrun wages and homes must stand up to storms. Faster construction and public and private partners can close the gap.

How we build

  • Modular and 3D-printed homes
  • Container and robotic construction
  • Resident programs: coaching, training, childcare links
  • Partners: government, employers, service providers
