Dan Ventures is a small, hands-on real estate developer. We work on urban infill, workforce housing and mountain-town projects, and we test modular construction, 3D printing, robotics and AI on real buildings. We're growing the team and want to hear from people who like to build.

Who we're looking for
- Builders. You'd rather ship something real than talk about it.
- Owners. On a small team, everyone carries a project from start to finish.
- Curious people. New construction methods and AI tools are part of the job.
- People who care about places. Neighborhoods, mountain towns and the people who live there.
Areas we hire for: acquisitions and development, construction and building technology, property operations and leasing, finance and capital, technology and AI, and marketing and design. Internships are welcome too.
