Dan Ventures LLC is a self-funded, debt-free real estate and venture company based in Jacksonville, Florida. It buys what's overlooked and builds what lasts, from city blocks to mountain towns, through three projects: Project Counterpoint, which improves residential and mixed-use buildings in growing mid-size cities; Project Treeline, which develops lodging and workforce housing in mountain towns; and Common Frame, which builds attainable housing faster with modular, robotic and 3D-printed construction. Its Jacksonville infill lab tests new building technologies on real homes, with groundbreaking targeted for 2027.

About Dan

Dan grew up in Massachusetts, studied ski area management in Vermont and worked for American Skiing Company before starting his real estate career in New York in the mid-2000s. He lives in Orlando and founded Dan Ventures to invest in places he believes in, make a difference on affordable housing and build around his love of skiing. Read his story.
