JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Oct. 19, 2026 /Dan Ventures/ -- Dan Ventures USA LLC is seeking sites for Project Treeline, a lodging and worker housing initiative, in ten mountain states.
Project Treeline focuses on mountain towns and resort communities in California, Colorado, Idaho, Maine, New Hampshire, New York, Oregon, Utah, Vermont and Washington, building lodging, housing for workers and year-round uses for the shoulder season.
“I want to help mountain towns thrive by providing housing for the people who make them work,” said Daniel Kaufman, founder of Dan Ventures.
It looks for sites near a ski area, trails or a lake, in year-round towns short on worker housing, with room to build and willing partners, and works with landowners, families, towns, resorts, ski areas and employers.
