Dan Ventures invests in real estate that takes patience: overlooked city lots, housing for the people who keep a town running, and mountain communities that need places to live. How we invest
- Overlooked sites. We source land and buildings that aren't being marketed, then do the slow work of entitlement and design.
- Housing people need. Urban infill and workforce housing in Florida, and year-round homes in mountain towns.
- Built to last. We build carefully, test new construction methods on real projects, and stay close to every site.
- A small circle. We'd rather know each investor well than have many we've never met.
